The classification change will be effective upon satisfactory review of the personal information forms of the two newly appointed directors of iWeb.

Tier 1 is the TSX Venture Exchange's premier tier and is reserved for the most senior Issuers. Tier 1 Issuers benefit from decreased filing requirements and improved service standards.
