

iWeb8.com (TSX-V: IWB) is pleased to announce that it has met the requirements of TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.5 - Tier Maintenance Requirements and Inter-Tier Movement and that accordingly, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted its conditional approval for iWeb's tier classification change from Tier 2 to Tier 1. The classification change will be effective upon satisfactory review of the personal information forms of the two newly appointed directors of iWeb.
Tier 1 is the TSX Venture Exchange's premier tier and is reserved for the most senior Issuers. Tier 1 Issuers benefit from decreased filing requirements and improved service standards.
