The company has now boasts a 30 minute or less response time on all tickets, and guarantees 99.9 percent server uptime. It has also reduced the overall number of support tickets with the addition of a more comprehensive series of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
“As companies mature, they understand their weaknesses and ultimately become better at what they do. This is especially true with Gazzin,” said William Lu, Gazzin.com President. “The past two years have been a tremendous opportunity to understand the core of our business—our customers—and perfect the services we provide to them.”
Gazzin.com has also introduced several important service enhancements. The company added eAccelerator, an open source solution designed to optimize PHP and slash loading times, and RoundCube, an IMAP based webmail client. Gazzin.com has also added more robust mail filters and now utilizes Real-time Black Lists (RBLs) to thwart unsolicited bulk email (spam).
“Since our inception, we have always taken pride with the open lines of communication we have with our customers. Many of the changes we are announcing today are a direct result of customer feedback, and that’s something I’m really proud of,” said Lu.
Lu hopes to launch another subsidiary hosting brand in the coming months. Details about the new venture will be released at a later date, he said.
