CommentsTroy, Mich., Awecomm Web Strategies (AWS)—a Troy, Mich.-based provider of Web design and Web marketing services—today announced the hire of Bryon Palmcook as a Software Developer to further expand it’s Web software development team.
Palmcook joins a group at Awecomm that is currently developing a number of innovative Web-based applications for its customers, including content management systems, e-commerce systems, and online subscription management systems. Bryon adds a wide variety of skills to the already diverse team including ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET, JavaScript, VBScript and PHP.
“Finding a highly talented developer is difficult enough, but finding someone that can keep up with our fast-paced, high energy atmosphere is a whole other story,” said Chris Spiek, Vice President of Awecomm, “Bryon has definitely proven that he has what it takes to be part of this team and contribute to the innovative solutions that we continue to deliver to our customers.”
Palmcook is a graduate of Michigan Technological University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in addition to his schooling in Management Information Systems. He has been employed in the software development industry for over six years, acting as a Desktop, Web, and Database Developer. Palmcook has also served as a consultant specializing in the development, installation, implementation, and maintenance of custom Web, desktop, database, and PDA solutions for the automotive and defense industries. He came to AWS from Engineering Labs, Inc.
