Attendees were treated to a discussion of new product introductions, customer acquisition, training and developing good employees, and current challenges facing the Web hosting community. Later on the same day, attendees were able to learn how to address some of those challenges at Mr. Honick's 'Develop a Successful Virtual Private Server Profit Model' session.
