Today SCPanel.NET announced the release of version 1.3 of their flagship SHOUTcast control panel. SCPanel v1.3 resolves several minor bugs discovered in earlier versions and introduces new beta API controls.

The beta SCPanel API will allow for the display of live radio information (song playing, users listening, stream links, bitrate level, etc.) anywhere on a website. Monthly bandwidth usage and other radio usage statistics can also be accessed remotely through secure API calls.

The beta SCPanel API primarily lays the groundwork for the much anticipated centralized admin panel.

"Our centralized admin panel will be released closely after our complete API. The admin panel will use the functionality of the API to create, delete, suspend, modify, review SCPanel installations and introduce a new reseller feature." Commented Alex from SCPanel.NET

The highly anticipated centralized admin panel is planned for release on March 20th.
