London, 11th January 2006 - Redbus Interhouse plc, Europe's most advanced, independent colocation and managed service provider, today announces that Mike Tobin, CEO, Redbus Interhouse plc, has been voted one of Britain's Top 50 Entrepreneurs. This prestigious annual listing (judged by Startups.co.uk) has been established to recognise Britain's leading movers and shakers in the world of commerce.

2005 was the year that finally saw entrepreneurship become 'trendy'. A raft of programmes, ranging from 'Mind Your Own Business' to 'Dragons' Den', put businesses, and the people that run them, firmly in the nation's consciousness. This year the list of the Top 50 Entrepreneurs features some well-known names, along with some newcomers who have burst onto the scene and taken the business world by storm. Ranked 31st, Tobin is positioned alongside some of UK's business greats, such as Richard Branson, Philip Green of Arcadia, Karan Bilimoria of Cobra Beer, Linda Bennett, and Stelios Haji-Loannou of EasyJet.

During 2005, Startups.co.uk panel of judges monitored Britain's business landscape to identify those company heads whose performance in terms of determination, excellent leadership and sheer hard work had been the most impressive. Britain's entrepreneurs were judged on a variety of criteria including whom best could demonstrate innovative concepts, company turnarounds or improved business performance. Since joining the company in 2002, Tobin has clearly demonstrated how he has turned Redbus Interhouse's fate into good fortune by delivering an astounding 1,300% growth in share price from 1.75p to 23.5p. With the company recovered it is in the process of merging with Telecity, one of its closest rivals. Tobin becomes the CEO of the combined businesses to take the new company to the next level.

Mike Tobin, CEO, Redbus Interhouse plc, said, "I am delighted to have been listed as one of Britain's Top Entrepreneurs. In November 2005 we won 'Business Turnaround of the Year', so both these accolades are a fantastic testament to the team at Redbus Interhouse, whose sheer hard work and determination has helped to turn the business around. We've made spectacular progress over the last 18 months, culminating in the recently announced merger between ourselves, and TeleCity creating Europe's leading independent colocation player."
