Digital River, Inc. (www.digitalriver.com), a provider in e-commerce outsourcing, today announced it is providing e-commerce support for Sunbelt Software, Inc., a leading provider of security solutions for the Windows® operating system.

By working with Digital River, Sunbelt plans to expand the online marketing and sales of its CounterSpy™ software, a popular antispyware tool. Based on an agreement, Sunbelt is offering downloadable versions of its software through more than one thousand online retail, content and portal sites in Digital River’s oneNetwork™ online sales channel, including Circuit City Stores, Inc., PC World and Staples, Inc.
