CommentsPeak 10, the Southeast’s leading data center operator and managed services provider, today announced it has added RollCall Business Conferencing, a division of ILD Telecommunications, Inc., a leading provider of business process outsourcing and conferencing solutions, to its diverse customer portfolio.
Peak 10 will provide the infrastructure and facilities to host ILD’s conferencing services platform from its data center in Jacksonville, Fla.
“ILD is committed to providing our customers with a reliable and flexible conferencing product,” said Fred Lloyd, senior vice president and head of ILD’s RollCall Conferencing division.
ILD is a privately held company that provides business process outsourced solutions, operating network facilities and call centers in Dallas, San Antonio, Atlanta, and Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The company’s corporate headquarters are located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla., with additional remote sales offices throughout the country. ILD’s core products include LEC and direct billing, operator and call center services, audio and Web conferencing services, corporate calling cards, and long distance voice services.
