VCampus Corporation (www.vcampus.com), a provider of comprehensive e-Learning publishing and hosting services to corporations, government agencies, associations and credentialing organizations, today announced that the management discussion following the annual meeting will be available via conference call so that shareholders not present may participate.

The company's annual meeting is scheduled for May 26, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time at its headquarters in Reston, Virginia.

The management discussion following the annual meeting may be accessed by conference call on Thursday, May 26, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time. Nat Kannan, CEO and Chairman of VCampus, and Christopher Nelson, CFO, will conduct the call.
