Terremark Worldwide, Inc. (www.terremark.com) today announced the closing of its follow-on offering of 60,000,000 shares of its common stock. The shares were sold by Terremark at a price of $0.73 per share. SG Cowen & Co., LLC was the lead manager for the offering.
