FiberOptics Networking Products Provider Improves Sales Territory and AccountManagement with Hosted CRM Solution

SAN MATEO, Calif. - July 29, 2004 - Siebel Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEBL), a leading provider of business applications software, today announced that Fiberdyne Labs, a leading manufacturer of fiber optic networking products, has deployed Siebel CRM OnDemand. Siebel CRM OnDemand is helping the company better manage sales activities and customer accounts, increasing the productivity of its sales organization. Fiberdyne Labs estimates that with Siebel CRM OnDemand it will be able to double its revenues in the next 18 months and significantly increase sales per representative.
