Chicago, IL—October 31, 2003—In the spirit of trick or treat revelers, Hostway, a leading provider of Web hosting services, announced it would give all new Web hosting customers free setup for hosting and ecommerce accounts during the Halloween weekend. The trick to taking advantage of this special promotion is for customers to sign up for a new plan before the midnight hour on Sunday, November 2, 2003.
