to launch its new customer loyalty program, called "It's Nice to
Know You're Appreciated."
The campaign, which will be announced to the public in September, will
be promoted through an extensive campaign of direct mail, online advertising,
billboards, radio and TV.
"We believe this will be a tremendous tool to keep our current customers
and attract new ones," said Christopher Faulkner, CEO of C I Host.
"It is also another way we can give added value for our products
and services. "With a churn rate of only 4 percent, C I Host is already
well below the industry average of 10 percent. Churn rate refers to the
turnover of customers within a given time. The low churn rate -- which
C I Host hopes to push even lower with this campaign -- is due in large
part to the company's consistent focus on the customer. Many customers

C I Host was one of the first companies to have an aggressive qualitycontrol
program that sought customer feedback for its technical support and customer
service activities which continues to be personally monitored by Faulkner.

expense, four-day Carnival cruise for two (meals, room and all
