Tell me something about yourself and your position in the company. What were you doing before starting ANhosts? What were the milestones in your life?
My Name is Mark Lee and I am the V.P. of marketing Dept at ANhosts.com Before joining ANhosts.com, I was the director of marketing at CBC communications.

Please provide us a brief history of your company?
ANhosts.com was founded on Feb of 2000 by Doug Walker. The company started out as mainly a small web design firm and has now grown as one of the industry leaders in web hosting and marketing solutions.

Why should a site owner choose ANhosts over another hosting company?
Not only is our plan competitive, but our focus is on customer service. We have won many customers over based on our customer service. Hosting is pretty much the same, what makes us different is how we treat our customers.

Why is a good Web hosting service important to businesses and website owners?
Most business owners relay on hosting as their source of income, it is very important that we are up and running and someone is here protecting their investments.

What is your company's core focus?
Providing the best customer service with great hosting packages.

What makes ANhosts different from other web hosting companies?
What truly makes us different is we stand behind our product, and our people care about your hosting needs.

Describe what ANhosts is doing to anticipate the next year of webhosting industry events?
Upgrading our servers, and adding a new DS 3 line.

How different is the hosting and/or domain registration market today from what it was 2 years ago? Where will the hosting and/or domain registration market be in 10 years?
With the development of new tools available, hosting is becoming easier to use for anyone. In 10 years, every household will have their own .com.

How many domain and/or hosting customers do you currently serve?
We currently have over 22,000 domains hosted on our Data center.

What advice would you give to anyone starting his or her own webhosting company?
Focus on customer service and customers will refer your company.

What additional services or solutions does ANhosts deliver?
Search engine placement, ecommerce solutions, and web site builder.

And finally, what was the recent book you have read?
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
