We have been using iweb for our dedicated server for 3 years and they are the most reliable (and cheapest) hosting service we have ever used. In the entire time we have been using them we have had zero network or server downtime.Support is reasonable - normally it takes a day or two for them to reply. However if you have an urgent problem you can usually escalate it and get it sorted out sooner.iweb are the only dedicated server hosting company that we recommend to our customers (and no, we don't receive any kind of commission from them!)
