I started my company linushost at the end of 2001 at the age of 20 and at that point of time i was not expecting much, says M.Zeeshan. But i kept on marketing my site and at the same time took special care about my servers and my customers that no problem slightest arises with them.
I had only one Customer support Person at that time and i along with her used to respond to Customer queries and then in a matter of months many Customers started coming in and they appreciated that our customer support was prompt and there was no severe downtime. Today we host more then 5000 customers and 340+ resellers with us. We have 5 Customer services and 2 technical staff in each shift and that is why we guarantee 24 hours, 7 days a week Customer Support. Our main focus are small business owners and resellers at this time.
